With the continuous development of science and technology,various industries have obtained tremendous development and wide application,and the shipping industry is no exception.The informationization and intelligence of ship development is finally reflected in the ship monitoring system.It is realized by the ship monitoring system.The ship monitoring system is a very important ship early warning system and an indispensable component of the ship's integrated system.The level of informationization of the ship monitoring system determines whether the ship's operational safety can be guaranteed and whether the ship's monitoring information can be effectively transmitted.At present,the development of ship monitoring system has received enough attention,and relevant application research has been gradually carried out.The ship monitoring system can realize the graphic and video transmission of data in the wireless local area network while collecting data.The ship engine room monitoring system is an indispensable part of the engine room monitoring system,and affects the safety of ship navigation.With the development of Internet of Things technology developing rapid,the huge advantages of Internet of Things in the information technology make the development of all walks of life more and more intelligent.In recent years,ship networking has also received more and more attention and research.Ship networking is the future development trend of the shipbuilding industry,and it will inevitably spawn more and more intelligent ship monitoring systems.Based on the previous experience,this paper analyzes the related technologies of ship networking and ship engine room monitoring system.Based on this,the design of the engine room monitoring system based on ship networking is proposed.The system's monitoring of the ship's engine room consists of two parts: engine room equipment parameter monitoring and engine room environment video monitoring.The system monitors the equipment parameters in the cabin mainly through a wired network.The design of the hardware part of the system is mainly to select the MCU,AD conversion module,gateway module and other parts.The software design mainly includes the design of the main program of the monitoring point,the CAN communication program and the construction of the database.The system uses the interrupt method to send and transmit the message information on the CAN bus,and uses the database technology to transmit the data to the application layer for real-time display.At the same time,the video monitoring of the internal environment of the cabin is mainly achieved through wireless communication.Real-time video monitoring in the cabin collects video information in the surveillance area uses the V4L2 framework for video collection,H.264 codec video compression technology for video processing,and RTMP protocol for video transmission through a camera.The terminal can be viewed at anytime and anywhere to monitor the real-time situation inside the cabin,so that the operation and management personnel can monitor the real-time situation inside the cabin at any time.If there is an emergency situation to deal with in time,the person can also view the playback investigation and evidence collection.In particular,the system is different from the ordinary single-chip microcomputer at the data acquisition layer.It uses embedded hardware,selects the Linux operating system,and builds a Web server.It also monitors the video in the cabin while collecting the parameter data of the cabin.In terms of communication,the combination of wired and wireless communication is used to effectively transmit the data of the system.In particular,the establishment of the wireless local area network reflects kinds of characteristics including networking and interconnection of the ship network,which makes information among various points in the ship shared,improves the flexibility of the system,reduces the internal wiring of the ship and facilitates networking and maintenance and management in the future.The system has the characteristics of rich functions,easy expansion,low cost and has certain use value.
