Proposals For Congo's Energy Infrastructure And Establishment Of FACTs System And Electricity Meters Prepayment

At present,the annual power g~Aen~bera~sti~to~rn ~aca~cpa~tcity of Congo(Brazzaville)is only300 MW,while the market demand exceeds 600 MW.The lack of power supply has become the main factor restricting the economic development of Congo(Brazzaville).This prompted me to think about how to improve power supply in Congo(Brazzaville)and provide the best power regulation scheme for Congo,so that we can smoothly realize the power transmission and management.Firstly,the dissertation introduces the development history and current situation of Congo(Brazzaville)power industry,and points out that the power quality problem and the power fee measurement problem are the two major problems restricting the power supply of Congo(Brazzaville).In order to improve the poor quality of power supply in Congo(Brazzaville),the flexible AC transmission systems(FACTS)are proposed to establish in Congo(Brazzaville)power grid.This dissertation introduces the main technology and equipment of facts in detail,and further compares the influence of different installation positions and different installation methods on the reactive power compensation of Congo(Brazzaville)power grid,and obtains the proposal.As for the problem of electricity charge measurement,this paper puts forward the method of installing prepaid electricity meter to solve it,and probes into its specific implementation scheme.
