Construction remains China's pillar industry, and the unoptimistic production safety situation in the construction industry will cause huge losses to the national economy.Studies have shown that people's unsafe behavior is the main cause of security accidents, and the result of inherent hostile psychological characteristics.Hostility can negatively affect construction workers, and safety interventions can effectively reduce this adverse effect. However,it is not clear what kind of negative influence hostility has on construction workers and what kind of safety interventions have significant intervention effects on unsafe behaviors. Therefore, studying the influence of hostility on construction workers' unsafe behaviors and establishing corresponding intervention strategies are of great significance in preventing unsafe behaviors. In order to better explore the impact of hostile psychological and safety interventions on the unsafe behavior of construction workers, the following five aspects of research were conducted in this study: The research questionnaire required for the study was formulated through literature review and field visits to the construction site and obtained through field interviews research the data and use SPSS and AMOS software to process the data;and establish a model of the impact of hostility on unsafe behavior of construction workers through mechanism hypotheses, and explore the impact of hostility on unsafe behavior;human factors, and technical safety interventions on the intervention effects of construction workers' unsafe behaviors, and explore which safety interventions have the greatest benefits;and use association rules to explore the causal chain of management, human factors, and unsafe behaviors from the micro-level,and analyze the most effective intervention measures;and proposed measures to prevent unsafe behavior of construction workers, which can effectively improve the level of safety behavior at the construction site and reduce safety accidents caused by human unsafe behavior.Through the above research process, the following six main conclusions are drawn: Hostility has a positive impact on both bad safety motivations and safety attitudes;and bad safety motivations and safety attitudes play a mediating role in the decline of project-level and team-level safety atmosphere, and the effect of the latter is greater than that of the former;and the three types of security interventions have a significant weakening effect on the negative impact of hostile psychology on construction workers,of which human factors and technical security interventions have a greater impact;the mediating variables of safe behaviors have more positive effects than negative effects.Human safety interventions have the most significant effect on reducing unsafe behaviors;and human confidence in safety interventions and unsafe behaviors has a higher degree of confidence and suppresses unsafe behaviors. It is more significant;and management safety interventions and human safety interventions do not have a good suppressive effect on unsafe behaviors caused by gambling and emotional instability. The research results reveal the structural relationship between hostility and unsafe behavior of construction workers, and put forward measures to prevent construction workers' unsafe behavior from the perspective of reducing hostility, providing certain theoretical guidance and practical basis for construction workers' safe behavior norm.
