As the first-line operator of the metro,the metro driver’s unsafe behavior directly affects the safety level of metro operation.However,with the rapid development of urban rail transit,there is a certain gap between the quality and quantity of metro drivers and the actual demand,resulting in an increase in the level of unsafe behavior of metro drivers.Other research fields have conducted more in-depth research on the unsafe behavior of employees,but the current related research in the field of urban rail transit is relatively shallow.Therefore,the formation mechanism and influencing factors of unsafe behaviors of metro drivers are explored,and a combined intervention strategy that can effectively reduce unsafe behaviors of metro drivers is proposed,which is beneficial to improve the level of risk management and control of unsafe behaviors of metro drivers by metro operating companies.First of all,this paper conducts a literature review and analysis of the current domestic and foreign research status in five aspects: unsafe behavior concept,safe behavior theory,influencing factors and formation mechanism,unsafe behavior research in the transportation industry,and unsafe behavior intervention strategies.Summarizing the current deficiencies in the research on unsafe behaviors in the field of urban rail transit,and putting forward the research content and technical route of this article,it is clear that the purpose of this research is to improve the control level of unsafe behaviors in metro operations.Secondly,based on the theory of planned behavior,analyze the formation mechanism of unsafe behavior of metro drivers,analyze its influencing factors from the three dimensions of individual,organization,society and environmental factors,and determine the weight analysis method of influencing factors.Based on the analysis results of the formation mechanism and influencing factors of the unsafe behavior of metro drivers,a combined intervention strategy set was constructed for the influencing factor index and planned behavior theoretical model of metro drivers’ unsafe behavior,and proposed a metro driver’s unsafe behavior intervention system.Based on the System Dynamics theory,the causal relationship of the unsafe behavior combined intervention system of metro drivers is analyzed and related indicators are quantified,and the System Dynamics(SD)model of combined unsafe behavior intervention of metro drivers is constructed,which lays the foundation for simulation research.Finally,taking a metro operating company in a southwestern city as an example,using Vensim PLE software to conduct a simulation study on the model to analyze the changing trend of metro drivers’ unsafe behavior levels under the combined intervention strategy.The results show that the degree of influence on the level of unsafe behavior accidents of metro drivers is as follows: mental health(10.01%)> job skills(5.26%)>safety culture(3.42%)> physical health(2.89%)> emergency response capability(1.47%)> working environment(1.09%)> safety performance(0.51%).According to the simulation results,suggestions on intervention strategies for unsafe behaviors of metro drivers are proposed from the dimensions of individual,organizational society,and environmental intervention,in order to improve the control level of unsafe behaviors in metro operations.
