With the increasing living standards,people often choose private cars as the means of transportation for their trips.With the emergence of a large number of private cars,the total number of trips in the central urban area has risen tremendously,and the traffic network in the central urban area is facing double pressure.At the same time,however,the speed of vehicles on the main roads has been sharply reduced year by year,the road infrastructure is weak,the level of service is low,and there is a lack of connection between regions.The simple and conventional road system can not meet the current complex traffic environment.Therefore,it is urgent to construct a traffic network whose core is expressway system in the central urban area to improve the anxious situation in the central urban area.However,the construction risk of urban expressway project has become a problem because of its complex construction technology and special environment,so that people pay more and more attention to it.In the process of analysis,the paper firstly identifies the risk index of urban expressway project construction.Considering the characteristics of urban expressway project,the risk index of urban expressway project construction is analyzed from five aspects such as personnel,material,mechanical equipment,technology and environment.Secondly,the risk evaluation model of urban expressway project construction is constructed by using AHP and Cloud Model.The evaluation model not only adopts the Analytic Network Process to determine the weight of the index,but also combines the expert scoring method to determine the risk of the index,and analyzes the total risk of the whole project by the cloud computing method,the result of Construction Risk Evaluation of urban expressway project can be obtained.Finally,taking the third bid section of Wenming Avenue of Ganzhou Expressway project as an example,this model is used to evaluate the construction risk,which turns out to be that the model constructed by using the Analytic Network Process and the Cloud Model not only considers the influence of the uncertainty of risk in the process of risk assessment on the assessment results,but also reduces the subjectivity of risk index identification relatively.The results obtained by this model are rigorous and appropriate,which is an effective method to evaluate the construction risk of urban expressway projects.
