Synchronous Reluctance machine(SynRM)does not include permanent magnet material,lower cost than PMSM and smaller torque ripple than SRM.In flux weakening speed,the risk of irreversible demagnetization caused by excessive demagnetization can be avoided.Therefore,various experts and scholars have done a lot of work on the control strategy of SynRM.The main problem SynRM faces in the actual working condition are that due to the influence of magnetic circuit saturation,the inductance parameters of the motor will change accordingly,thus affecting the good operation of the motor.The main work of this paper are as follows:(1)The analysis of Research status.Overview of the development of ac speed regulating system,summarizes the domestic and foreign experts and scholars of SynRM ontology in detail,and work to control the strategy development.Combining with the characteristics of each type of motor,by comparative analysis,established the SynRM in the field of new energy automobile drove system has obvious advantages,conform to the actual needs.(2)Introduction to SynRM mathematical model and operation principle.The mathematical model of SynRM under different coordinated system is established,and explains the operation principle of SynRM with the characteristics of the change of magnetic circuit when the rotor is in different positions.At the same time,it simply lists several motor control methods according to the motor limit diagram,and explains their control characteristics.(3)The MTPA operation based on VSIC was adopted.This method is stacked with small components in the current feedback high frequency sinusoidal signal and the internal relation of magnetic torque and current vector angle are analyzed by Taylor series expansion.A reasonable low-pass,band pass filter cut-off frequency are configured and MTPA current corresponding to the information can be extracted.The whole process does not need any SynRM parameter.(4)Optimization measures.In order to further improved the performance of the above control strategy,reduce the harmonic content of the motor current,and improve the overall energy consumption performance of the motor.This paper proposed a Pseudo differential feedback strategy for a three-phase synchronous motor modelled based on Voltage Compensation with predictive current control.Based on the current predictive control algorithm for a synchronous motor.This paper designes Pseudo differential feedback strategy module to replace the PI regulator.At the same time,embed predictive current control strategy into harmonic current suppressions algorithm and use it for feed-forward compensation.Through the establishment of simulation model and motor experiment test.The results show that the above measures can effectively improve the overall operation efficiency of the motor.The effectiveness of the proposed strategy is proved.
