In the period of the construction of the power grid of urban area,compared with the overhead transmission line,the underground cable has the advantage of improving the utilization value of the urban land resource,increasing the transmission capacity and reliability of power grid,beautifying the environment and so on.Thus it has gradually become the main part of the power grid of the urban area,taking place of the traditional overhead transmission line.When the underground cable comes across the main roads,construction companies will apply the trenchless technology of the horizontal direction drilling.For the limitation of construction technology and geological environment,the cable channels building by horizontal direction drilling technology are not strictly straight lines.In fact,they are parabolic both horizontally and vertically.The curves degrees are different.Sometimes the deviation will reach to several meters.Limited by its technical principle,the most popular detection method of the pipe jacking channels such as the electromagnetism induction method,ground-searching radar,acoustic wave tester and so on,is always disturbed by the electromagnetic interference from surroundings,the material and the depth of the pipelines.The measuring accuracy is difficult to guarantee which brings potential danger to the power grid and the construction companies.Besides,in order to electronic record the route of the underground cable,the power grid companies will use the google earth software,using points to describe the joint,using the lines between two points to describe the cable between two joints.Such recording method is very extensive.Some important information such as the cable-laying method,the joint well,the maintenance well,cannot be obtained,which brings much inconvenience to the power grid companies.For the above reasons,this paper researches the application of the high-voltage cable trenches detection based on inertial gyroscope positioning technology.It suggests to apply a new method based on inertial gyroscope positioning technology in the high-voltage cable trenches detection.Through test comparison and engineering examples,they prove this kind of detecting method can be used in the high-voltage cable trenches detection,which brings a new idea to underground pipeline detection.Besides,this paper develops a software to record the high-voltage cable trenches,which can save time in browsing data and bring convenience to power grid companies.
