| With the continuous development of intelligent technology,numerous new applications in electricity consumption are being discovered and brought into reality under the framework of "Intelligence + Distribution Network",among which flexible load scheduling is one of the most promising technologies.For the users,through reasonable management,regulation and shift of electricity load,electricity bills can be saved without sacrificing user’s comfort.For the power system,flexible load scheduling can be used as a supplement to generation scheduling,which helps to cut peaks and fill valleys of the daily load profile,balance fluctuations in renewable energy generation and provide auxiliary services to improve the stability and reliability of the power grid.So that the system and users can reach a win-win situation.Meanwhile,to build a flexible load scheduling system,besides sophisticated scheduling strategies,a dedicated intelligent measurement and control system is essentially needed.Based on this background,this article migrate and apply the Cyber Physical System(CPS)framework to the distribution network,providing a unified software and hardware foundation for flexible load scheduling system.A complete CPS consists of software and hardware components,while this article focus on hardware systems and designs a smart power measurement and infrared controlling terminal.This terminal is good at measurement,control and communication functions,which can meet the requirement as a CPS underlying hardware very well.This paper presents the design of the terminal in hardware layer and communication layer respectively.In the hardware layer,a single-phase device main body,a three-phase device main body and Infrared controller are developed.This paper thoroughly introduces the functioning module division,component selection,hardware circuit and embedded software design of these devices.Pictures of prototypes and the measurement and control performance experiment results are also included.In the communication layer,with consideration of the characteristics of load data and control methods in distribution network,a simple and reliable API protocol is designed,which guarantee that all parties can communicate reliably and efficiently.At last,relying on key technology project of China Southern Power Grid Company,a demonstration project for flexible load scheduling was conducted and the capabilities of the system developed in this paper was verified in real operations,which lay the foundation for further engineering of flexible load scheduling system. |
