Remote Control And Optimization Based On Power Dispatch Protocol

Power monitoring and management is an important task in power network maintenance and management.It is an important means for the power network management department to obtain the operational status of the regional power grid.It plays a crucial role in the reliability of power network operation.How to improve the economic performance of power network system,reduce the maintenance cost of power network operation,improve the management level of the entire power network system,intelligent monitoring and management,is one of the research hotspots of the power industry.This article focuses on the development needs of the power network,and carries out some explorations and researches on remote monitoring,intelligent dispatching,and power inspection.It mainly deals with the communication protocol agreement of the power industry,and analyzes and studies the actual application objects,and designs and develops them.The remote power smart terminal monitoring system mainly includes the front server background management and control part,database design and front desk service.Focusing on the monitoring and scheduling management of front-end servers and intelligent terminals,analysis and discussion were carried out.Its main agreement is the IEC60870-5-103 communication protocol stipulation,this is also the mainstream communication protocol of the current electric intelligent monitoring system network communication.The front server mainly undertakes the message transmission work of the intelligent terminal and the parsing specification of its messages;reasonably plans and organizes the user protocols;real-time monitoring of remote terminals in various stations,efficient intelligent monitoring and management of multiple zones Intelligent terminal equipment;rational organization and planning of the front server,and design and deployment of front-end database;using group optimization methods to implement inspection optimization and scheduling of intelligent terminals.This system incorporates the actual intelligent terminal and builds a set of pre-monitoring and scheduling management system.The intelligent terminal realizes tasks such as real-time monitoring,remote scheduling,and optimized scheduling.The actual test runs well and achieves the desired goal.
