Distribution automation is an important part of smart grids building,and the intelligentization of low-voltage distribution transformers is the most important part of distribution automation.At present,the level of automation in the distribution area is very low.With the increasing demand of end users for power quality and reliability,the concept of transformer intelligentization in the distribution area becomes more and more clear.Focusing on the realization of intelligent operation targets in the distribution region,this paper researches and develops intelligent measurement and control system devices that integrate multiple device data acquisition and processing,multiple loop monitoring and protection,communication management,and measurement and control by using modern power electronics,communications,data processing,and software technologies.Realizing the three remote function of the distribution transformer area.And it will become the intelligent hardware platform for distribution network operation and maintenance management.At present,transformer management terminals(such as TTUs)only have power management functions for the power and voltage(electrical energy)of the distribution transformer area,and reactive power compensation control functions.They do not collect and monitor the operating parameters of the multi-loop inlet and outlet lines in the distribution transformer area and cannot implement "Two remote",fault location,predetermination of station area(end)permanent and operational low voltage and station variable load control functions,as the same time they does not have multiple data collection,analysis,storage,transmission in the station area.So intelligent control console area operation can not complete.For this reason,the key technology of the smart station area is analyzed based on the construction of smart distribution transformer and distribution network management hardware platform in this paper.The key technologies of the smart station area include the transformer and the low-voltage line protection and control technology,the cable head temperature measurement technology on the low-voltage side of the distribution transformer,the reactive power compensation technology in the distribution radio area,the unbalanced regulation technology of the three-phase load in the distribution radio area,the location technology of the line fault in the distribution radio area,and the permanent end of the end of the platform area.And operational low voltage judgement,distribution area operation and maintenance technology and distribution automation technology.In this paper,the control device of the intelligent station area is designed to realize the functions of multi loop measurement and control protection,reactive power compensation,fault location,three remote,data acquisition management and communication.The ultimate goal of the smart platform is to provide the terminal users with high quality power,and the three-phase unbalanced control devices and harmonic control devices in the background area will appear in the smart station.The measurement and control device designed in this paper realizes the data acquisition and communication management of the terminal area terminal,and the communication between the main station and the main station.The hardware and software design of the smart station measurement and control device are introduced in detail.The measurement and control device is mainly composed of a main CPU module,a voltage and current acquisition module,a digital input module,a control output module,a human-machine interface module and a communication interface module.The IEC101 protocol is widely used in distribution automation.The article describes the IEC101 protocol in detail,and lists the IEC101 protocol information point tables,and lists several IEC101 communication messages.In the last chapter of the article,a large number of equipment commissioning datas and screens for measurement and control device in the distribution transformers area are provided.The measurement and control device tests successfully demonstrate the reliability of the measurement and control device in the smart station area.
