With the reform of the National energy market,the power industry is rapidly market-oriented,and power companies have more autonomy to obtain market opportunities.At the same time,they will also face more fierce market competition.Under the background of the sustained growth of the energy market in our country,how to formulate the development strategy of power enterprises and guide the development of enterprises in the future is the topic that power enterprises focus on.HM,as a power company with power generation as its core business,faces market opportunities and challenges such as new energy sources and the liberalization of the sales market.Planning its own development strategy is an important way to maintain its continuous competitive advantage.This paper first summarizes the research background,purpose,significance,enterprise strategy and energy industry development strategy,and summarizes the concept of enterprise strategy,strategic analysis tools and other related theories.Based on the strategic analysis tool,this paper analyzes the external macro environment,industrial development environment,and the resources and capabilities of the wind Department of HM Electric Power Company,and provides the basis for HM Electric Power Company to formulate development strategies.On this basis,based on SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix analysis,this paper proposes that HM Power Company should adopt a diversified development strategy.In the face of more diversified market demand and development space,HM Power Company should actively explore the surrounding energy market and scientifically promote power grid planning and construction.Expand diversified business such as the sales market business.At the same time,in order to promote the implementation of the diversification strategy,HM Power Company should also ensure the implementation of the strategy from the organizational,business and corporate culture,including adjusting the organizational structure to the diversification strategy and actively promoting it from the management level.We will strengthen human resources development and management,complete the transfer of core capabilities to new business areas,carry out digital operations based on the "Internet + Marketing" model,create an excellent corporate culture,and deepen the brand development of electric power companies.
