With the development of science and technology,the manufacturing requirements of aerospace,aviation,underwater vehicles and other equipment are more and more high,and the fuel pump station control system as their power source also needs to meet the use requirements.High pressure,high flow anti-static and explosion-proof requirements are the conditions that the control system of fuel pump station must meet.According to the requirement of high pressure and large flow kerosene medium provided by the simulated engine of the test-bed,the theoretical research and design verification of the high pressure kerosene fuel pump station system are carried out.Research and design a kind of high pressure and large flow kerosene medium combustion pump station system device,which can meet the working pressure of 0 ? 35 MPa(adjustable),flow of 100L/min,and meet the requirements of high-level explosion-proof working environment.Based on the study of hydrodynamics,structure and working principle of high-pressure pump,hydraulic transmission and control,the overall scheme design of high-pressure kerosene pump station system and the calculation and verification of key component parameters are carried out.According to the requirements of equipment use environment,the structure and control method of each component unit of the system are studied,the relevant hydraulic components,explosion-proof motors,high-precision detection instruments are selected,effective explosion-proof and anti-static measures are proposed,PLC configuration module is developed for simulation and debugging,and finally the hardware and software design and development of the whole kerosene high-pressure pump station system are completed.High pressure kerosene pump station system adopts modular design,which is divided into video monitoring system,pump station hydraulic system and electrical control system.The video monitoring system is mainly used to monitor the working condition of the pump station at any time.A video monitoring system consisting of a variable focus HD switchable explosion-proof camera is installed on the site of the hydraulic station.Once the pump station breaks down,it can be observed from the video.The video monitoring uses an independent console to monitor the actual situation in the high-pressure coal pump station.The kerosene pump station is a special equipment to provide power source for the test bench,and the hydraulic system of the pump station is the most important part.The hydraulic system of the pump station is composed of booster tank,high-pressure pump set,accumulator set,detection and control part,temperature control and bypass cleaning circuit and connecting pipeline set.The electric control system consists of junction box,electric control cabinet,remote control operation system,etc.the electric control cabinet mainly provides the wiring,installation,operation control,information collection and processing components installation of electrical hardware components for "high pressure kerosene pump station".Through the simulation and debugging of PLC configuration module,it is proved that the main technical parameters of oil supply pressure,pressure regulation range,rated flow,explosion-proof,anti-static and so on meet the requirements of the equipment.Finally,through field debugging,the high-pressure coal oil pump station meets the requirements of the project,and the equipment has realized high comprehensive and automatic operation functions,with simple operation,reliable performance,high accuracy and reliability of the components and test elements used,and can meet the technical parameters and test requirements of the project.
