Currently,the electric power industry has basically completed the full coverage of the upper information application to the business and the local application of the automation related technology of the underlying power grid.However,the lack of interaction between the two information,the insufficient combination of automated data and informationized data lead to the confusion of archives and the lack of relevant data resources,which affect the work of electricity theft.In the identification of the topological relationship between users and transformers,the traditional verification of the relationship between users and transformers by relying on human resources has a large investment and a poor real-time performance.Although many scholars at home and abroad have adopted different methods for research and improvement,the existing methods of dividing the hierarchical relationship and connection relationship of the station area have various defects.In terms of electricity theft,on the one hand,theft of electricity has led to high management line losses.On the other hand,general electricity theft studies eliminate the possibility of changes or errors in the relationship between users and transformers.Under this background,the corresponding relationship between users and transformers is taken into account in the research of power theft,so as to explore an anti-power theft method.This paper studies the identification of the relationship between users and transformers and the identification of electricity theft based on the established information system and measurement automation system.(1)By analyzing and comparing the distortion characteristics of voltage zero-crossing points,it is shown that the voltage zero-crossing deviation of different positions on the same phase line in the same zone is small,and the voltage zero-crossing deviation of different sections is larger.Therefore,the zero-crossing characteristics of power line power frequency voltage and broadband carrier high-speed clock synchronization technology are used to collect the offset data of the position of concentrator and household meter,then,the data are analyzed,and a model is established to judge the station area of the meter(identify the relationship between the user and the transformer).Finally,the relationship between the user and the transformer in the marketing information system is updated.(2)Based onthe real-time update of the relationship between the user and the transformer,it ensures that the result of the identification of electricity theft will not be misjudged because of the change of the relationship between the user and the transformer,thus ensuring the accuracy of the data sources to a certain extent,and facilitating the later staff's inspection of the suspected users of electricity theft.Through the analysis of the characteristics of electricity theft,the effective criterion of electricity theft is determined,and the identification model of electricity theft is established.The accuracy rate of the BP neural network model is 85.2%,and that of SVM model is 97.7%.Through the above two aspects of research,compared with the traditional way,it has three advantages:(1)Due to the inconsistency between the power supply domain and the communication domain of the hybrid station,the misjudgment or missed judgment of the station to which the load belongs is caused.Therefore,on the basis of carrier communication,the subject uses the voltage zero-crossing offset characteristic to identify the relationship between the user and the transformer,and provides a supplementary criterion for the identification of the station area.(2)In view of the problems of misjudgement caused by the change of the corresponding relationship between users and transformers in the identification of electricity theft,the identification of electricity theft is carried out on the basis of real-time updating of the corresponding relationship between users and transformers to ensure the quality of data to a certain extent.(3)In view of the difficulty of obtaining evidence for electricity theft users,the information platform is established to obtain real-time power consumption information of suspected electricity theft users,and the information is taken as the basis.This paper provides an anti-stealing strategy by researching the related technologies of identifying the corresponding relationship between users and transformers and identification of electricity theft.
