| In the context of the era of big data,the role of data as a fundamental and strategic role has become more prominent.At home and abroad,policies related to data governance have been promulgated and digital transformation plans have been deployed.The 14 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China and the Outline of Vision 2035 clearly mentions accelerating digital development,building a digital China,and driving the transformation of production methods,lifestyles and governance methods through digital transformation.Create new advantages in the digital economy.F railway company actively responded to the national policy planning and the informatization planning of the National railway Group,laid out the digital transformation strategy of the enterprise,established a big data center,assumed the responsibility of data management and data mining and analysis of the company,organized and carried out data aggregation and sharing,and initially established a professional Basic data analysis applications within.With the continuous deepening of the data governance process,the problems faced by F railway company in the data governance process have gradually become prominent.At the same time,due to the lack of a complete data governance system planning,the data governance work is often not integrated.The governance effect is not obvious.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out systematic research on the construction of F company’s data governance system to promote the improvement of F company’s data governance and application level.This paper analyzes the current situation of F railway company’s data governance through research and analysis methods,literature research methods,theoretical research and other methods,uses the data governance capability maturity assessment model to evaluate F railway company’s data governance capabilities,and analyzes the current impact on F railway company’s data governance.The main problem of capability,learn from the typical data governance experience in the industry,build the overall blueprint of F railway company’s data governance system,and guide F railway company to focus on the construction of data governance organization structure,data standard formulation,and data quality assessment and improvement.Based on the implementation principles of the data governance system,formulate a data governance implementation roadmap,and carry out data standardization and data quality improvement pilot applications for typical data governance scenarios.Good results have been achieved,laying the foundation for the company’s subsequent data asset management,data analysis mining and value circulation. |
