Classification And Analysis Of Typical Cases For Risk Assessment Of Household Appliances Product Structure And Parts Consistency

Household electrical appliances are an important part of China's compulsory certification products.Household electrical appliances manufacturers are facing fierce competition,frequent changes in personnel,rising manufacturing costs and smaller profit margins.These problems increase the risk of corporate consistency control.The sampling inspection of household electrical appliances by the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration also reflects the problems of enterprise consistency control.Starting from the current situation of enterprise consistency control,this paper tries to establish a simple method of product consistency risk assessment which is easy to grasp and apply,so that enterprises can easily understand and apply it.Effectively help enterprises identify risks in product consistency control,conduct risk analysis and evaluation,and take corresponding measures to reduce risk levels.Thus,the safety factor of personal and property of household appliances users can be improved,and the economic losses such as suspension of certificates and prohibition of sales caused by inconsistent products can be reduced.This paper analyses and identifies the risk sources of consistency control from five aspects of man-machine data method ring,and lists the risk identification table through the analysis of past experience,gives the risk possibility analysis table and the hazard degree analysis table,and defines the possibility and hazard degree of risk qualitatively.The risk level matrix table,risk level and acceptance criteria table were established,and the corresponding actions of risk level were studied.Based on the results of the spot check of the supervision of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration on household appliances in China,this paper uses statistical technology to analyze the distribution of unqualified items of household appliances products,and selects three test items with the largest number of unqualified items.Typical cases are selected from those unqualified enterprises,and case-based reasoning is used to analyze the causes and effects of these unqualified items.Graph analysis method is used to analyze,establish accident model,analyze the process of accident occurrence and preventive measures that can be taken.According to the accident cases,risk identification,risk analysis,risk evaluation and risk response are carried out by applying the risk assessment method of product consistency control.With the adverse consequences of substandard products in practice,the actual situation of enterprises is analyzed by field investigation method,and the risk sources and transmission paths of the consistency control are clarified.And to study ways to prevent inconsistencies and reduce the risk of non-conformity.This paper analyses the research and case of the risk assessment of the consistency control of household electrical appliances products,which provides a reference for the enterprise to evaluate the risk of the consistency control of products.Through the practical application of the case,it shows the implementation process and typical methods of the risk assessment,and carries out the risk assessment and work of the consistency control for the enterprise managers.Artistic engineers can provide valuable reference in the prevention of related risks.
