Research On Procurement Management Of EPC International Engineering Project For General Contracting Mode

China's international engineering general contracting enterprise development,in the international EPC general contracting project market has been widely recognized,the scope of business gradually expanded,the number of contracted projects increased significantly.At the same time,the overall difficulty of the project has been significantly improved,which has brought good opportunities for the development of China's international engineering contracting enterprises,but also brought more severe challenges.They have tested the company's project management capabilities.Compared with internationally renowned engineering contractors,Chinese companies still have a lot to offer.Where improvements and improvements are made,high priority should be given to international project management.As far as EPC general contracting project management is concerned,the procurement link is the key link,which plays an important role in ensuring the orderly conduct of the project and maintaining the stable supply of raw materials,and is the main content of the EPC project completed on time and quality,while the project process and quality are directly affected by the quality of procurement management.Based on the theory of procurement management and supply chain management,this paper carries on a series of empirical analysis in combination with the procurement management of Mauritius A water treatment plant under the actual production project of EPC International Engineering,comprehensively analyzes the procurement management of a water treatment project,and finds that there are a series of outstanding problems in the A water treatment plant project.Including poor human resources organization,procurement management system is not mature,international transport management system is not perfect.By combining scientific procurement methods such as the Kraljic model and ABC classification,we can propose targeted solutions to a range of problems derived from the analysis and research,and provide valuable experience for the follow-up development of H company to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the company.
