| With the increase of national investment in new infrastructure and the development of relevant policies,EPC projects are more and more.Under this mode, the general contractor should bear relatively large risks and responsibilities.Especially for China, which started late in development, there are still great defects and deficiencies in the management of EPC mode.Compared with the developed countries,we still have a large gap and the risk will increase. Therefore, the study of EPC risk management is particularly important.Procurement plays an important role in cost control, quality control and schedule control for engineering management. This study will take G project as an example, comprehensively and detailedly identify the procurement risk factors under EPC mode, and qualitatively and quantitatively analyze and evaluate the identified risk factors,so as to provide more suitable and matching measures for the procurement of G project, and provide reference for the procurement risk management of other projects.First of all,on the basis of the existing research and summary, the related concepts of EPC project procurement are defined, and the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are determined as the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly, the procurement status of G project is introduced, and the necessity of procurement risk management for G project is highlighted in combination with relevant concepts and actual situations. The risk factors of project procurement are analyzed by literature analysis and Delphi method, and the importance of each risk factor is judged by analytic hierarchy process,so as to establish the unique risk evaluation index system of G project. Finally, the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method is used to analyze the possibility of each risk and the degree of loss to judge and evaluate,so as to develop a more targeted solution for G project procurement work to provide theoretical and operational guidance. |
