| In recent years,China’s international engineering general contracting enterprises have been developing well in the international EPC general contracting market.More and more international projects have been contracted,and more and more engineering fields have been involved.However,with the expansion of business scale and the increase of the difficulty of project,the international engineering general contracting enterprises in our country face a bigger challenge than before,which tests the ability of the project management.Compared with the famous international engineering contractors,there are many aspects worthy of improvement for international engineering contractors in our country,international project management should be taken seriously.As an intermediate link in project management,procurement plays an important role in implementing design objectives and providing raw materials for construction,and is a key node in EPC project.The quality of procurement management directly affects whether the project can achieve the expected objectives.This dissertation takes the procurement management of H power plant in Indonesia based on the EPC general contracting mode as the research objective,through the research on the current procurement management work of H power plant,finding out the problem of procurement process of H power plant,such as the organization and human resources management problems,procurement management system problems,supplier management problems,procurement contract management problems,and international transportation management problems,meanwhile pointing out the cohesion of the procurement and engineering,the construction problems.By combining scientific procurement methods such as MRP procurement,JIT procurement and supply chain procurement with practical work experience,the corresponding improvement measures are proposed for the above problems,so as to provide certain reference for T company to undertake other overseas projects in the future. |
