In view of the lack of technical specifications and standards for the construction of the general aviation airport flight area in China,it is necessary to study the differences between the design and construction of the airport and the transportation airport in order to promote the efficiency and science of the construction of the general aviation airport.On the basis of ensuring the safety of airport runway facilities to aircraft operation,this paper analyzes various parameters affecting the design of airport runway,and studies the rationality of key parameters,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the design of airport runway.According to the configuration of general airport facilities and the operation of navigation aircraft in China,this paper analyzes the supporting functions of various facilities of the airport,including the airport facilities,discusses the design methods of plane design parameters and engineering design parameters of the airport roads,and takes the design models of Shaanxi Shangzhen general airport-Yun 12-f fixed wing aircraft and bell 407 helicopter as examples,combined with relevant airport engineering specifications According to the performance parameters of the aircraft,the optimization analysis of the airport facilities parameters is carried out,and the design process of the helicopter pavement considering the temperature stress is proposed to realize the optimization of the pavement PCN and other key parameters;The cement concrete pavement model suitable for the general aviation aircraft is established by using the ABAQUS finite element model,and the different models,structural layer modulus and knot under the critical load position of the plate edge are analyzed.In order to promote the green construction of general aviation airport,the feasibility of the application of pavement pervious concrete pavement in the airport construction is analyzed,and the applicability,reliability and environmental improvement of pervious pavement structure are discussed.Based on 3 II indexes and 11 III indexes.According to the principle of maximum subordination degree,the evaluation system of three grade indexes has carried out a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation on the application of permeable pavement in the construction of navigable airport.The calculation results of theoretical analysis and finite element simulation show that,because the weight of general aviation aircraft is far less than that of transport aircraft,the engineering parameters of its runway facilities are quite different from that of transport airport,especially in most cases,the redundancy of pavement structure is excessive;especially in the developing general aviation Airport,the cost of early construction is too high,and in the process of continuous demolition,reconstruction and expansion.Because of the waste of resources,the existing construction reference standards are not conducive to the scientific development of general aviation airport.It is necessary to optimize and analyze the pavement structure parameters based on the requirements of ensuring the pavement bearing capacity of general aviation aircraft,and comprehensively consider the structural bearing capacity,environmental adaptability and other factors to select the appropriate pavement parameters.The adoption of permeable pavement structure in general aviation airport can not meet the structural performance,and is conducive to the continuous reconstruction and expansion of the airport,but also can significantly improve the water environment of the airport area.
