| Capturing the air supremacy is the key to win the war nowadays.Airport,which is an important facility for guaranteeing the flight safety,plays a vital role in supporting air operations.Airport runway,as an important part of the airport,is fully exposed on the ground with its large area,which makes it become a common target for air attackers.When the enemy airport runway is attacked by fire,how to quickly and accurately evaluate the attack effect is of great significance to the subsequent battle command decision-making.How to comprehensively consider operational factors,operational process,operational objectives and operational effects,build more guiding evaluation indicators,methods and processes,and realize the accurate evaluation of airport runway suppression scheme has become the key point of operational research.The traditional evaluation methods have less research on the process of air force airport runway suppression task and the indicators reflecting the combat effect.Therefore,this paper analyzes the operational process and influencing factors of the airport runway suppression task,puts forward the effect oriented evaluation index of the aviation equipment dispatch scheme from the perspective of the airport runway suppression task target and the actual combat effect,constructs the aviation equipment dispatch scheme evaluation model and optimization model,and carries out an example study.The contents of this paper are listed as follows:First,this paper analyzes the operational process and its influencing factors of the airport runway suppression mission.For airport runway suppression tasks,conduct operational task decomposition,extract the task implementation process,analyze the time sequence relationship,the impact relationship between functional performance,business dependency and other factors in the task implementation process,and define the focus elements that reflect the implementation effect of the combat task.Second,we propose the evaluation indexes and model of the aviation equipment dispatch plan for the airport runway suppression task.Based on the operational objectives and operation effectiveness requirements of the air force airport runway suppression task,the paper puts forward the capability measurement index that can reflect the effectiveness of operational tasks,the detailed definition of the capability index,and gives the corresponding data requirements,quantitative description method and visualization technique.Consequently,a quantitative model for evaluating the runway suppression capability of air force airport is established.Third,we propose the optimization method of aviation equipment dispatch plan for airport runway suppression task.Based on the constructed aviation equipment dispatch plan evaluation model,we construct the optimization model for airborne airport runway strike plan,which defines the corresponding variables,objective functions and constraints.The non-dominant sorting genetic algorithm based on reference points named NSGA-III is utilized to solve the optimal airport runway suppression plan,which provides the necessary quantitative analysis for operational command decision-making.In order to validate the evaluation and optimization method of the aviation equipment dispatch plan for the airport runway suppression task proposed in this paper,we use an example data built from public online dataset to test the model.The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper is practical and effective. |
