With the development of general aviation industry,the number of constructed,renovated and expanded general airports has gradually increased.The runway engineering of general airport airfield is an important part of airport engineering.The runway engineering of general airport airfield is an important part of airport engineering.Due to the large amount of runway construction,high requirements,complex construction data and many factors affecting the construction quality,it is difficult to guarantee the construction quality.Under the original construction quality control methods and quality inspection standards,there are still quality risks.In order to build a high-quality runway and ensure the normal and safe operation of the airport for a long time after construction,the construction quality control and reliability analysis of the runway engineering are studied.Construction of geological and runway coupling model.Based on the geological exploration data in the early stage of construction,the geological model reflecting the real geological information is constructed by using the spatial interpolation method and three-dimensional visual simulation technology to analyze the geological conditions of the construction area and enhance the soil foundation strength.Then,according to the dynamic and static information related to engineering construction,BIM runway information model is constructed by using BIM Technology and coupled with geological model for multi-angle analysis.The construction quality control method is put forward.A construction quality control platform is established based on BIM model and real-time monitoring system to supervise the construction status on site,and timely handle problems found,so that the construction operation is always under control.Realize the accurate and efficient digital control of construction quality and improve the construction quality.Dynamic reliability analysis of pavement quality.The reliability calculation method is proposed by analyzing the basic principles of reliability and the probability model of structural resistance-stress effect.After the completion of each pavement structure layer,and the compactness,flatness and other indicators meet the quality inspection standards,the construction parameters of the current structure layer and the design parameters of the non construction structure layer are taken as the reliability analysis data to judge whether the current construction structure layer meets the reliability standards,and realize the secondary inspection of construction quality,which can reduce the quality hazards.Engineering case analysis.By collecting the construction information of a general airport runway project,including geological information,design information and construction information,the 3D digital model of the runway is constructed,and the construction quality is controlled by relying on the real-time monitoring and quality control platform.Finally,the pavement quality reliability is analyzed.According to the results of case analysis,constructive suggestions are put forward to provide guidance for ensuring and improving the construction quality of general airport runway engineering.
