| With the rapid economic growth of our country,social stable development,drive China’s civil aviation industry has entered the era of rapid development,mainly reflected in the continuous improvement of civil aviation service capacity,air passenger throughput,cargo throughput and landing,infrastructure construction has made significant progress.At the same time,according to the contents of the 14 th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Civil Aviation in China,the tasks of civil aviation development during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period are clearly defined.Will adhere to the development of the bottom line and wisdom of civil aviation construction,with green,internationalization,marketization,legalization development oriented,pay attention to the line drive,quality and efficiency,industrial collaboration,speed up the construction of more safe,higher quality,more efficient,more fair and more sustainable system,on the basis of build national comprehensive transportation network,general airport as an important part of national comprehensive airport system,general airport construction and navigation business development is the inevitable trend in the future.This thesis mainly takes the site selection of runway general airport as the research object,establishes the evaluation system and standard for the site selection process,and carries out the following research work:First,the relevant norms of general airports and the relevant documents of domestic and foreign airports lay a foundation for the future work.This thesis introduces the basis and relevant requirements of general airport site selection.On this basis,the influencing factors of runway general airport are analyzed,the influencing factors are divided into quantitative part and nonquantitative part,the calculation method of quantitative part and the evaluation criteria of nonquantitative part are refined respectively,and the evaluation system of site selection scheme of runway general airport is constructed.Later,the attribute value of each scheme in the unquantitative part is obtained through the Delphi method,the decision matrix is formed combined with the quantitative part,and the weight coefficient of each influencing factor is obtained through the combined empowerment method combining subjective and objective empowerment method.On the basis of having the decision matrix and the weight coefficient,the interval number TOPSIS method and the uncertain multi-attribute decision method are used to rank the scheme respectively.Finally,by studying the actual cases in southwest China,the method of this thesis is used to analyze the three different sites,comparing the actual decision results with the calculation results,and ensuring the effectiveness and rationality of the decision on the premise of reducing the influence of human subjective factors. |
