The continuous growth of air traffic flow brings great challenges to air traffic flow management.In order to balance the increasing air traffic flow,the collaborative route technology came into being.How to make full use of the available airspace resources to plan the reroute and allocate the reroute resources to the airlines effectively are two core issues of collaborative route technology.This paper will focus on these two core issues.First of all,how to make full use of available airspace resources to plan the reroute is studied.Based on the factors of flight safety and economy,the influence of the residual capacity of air traffic network and the availability of route on the reroute is considered,and the objective function and constraint conditions of the reroute model are improved accordingly.An improved A* algorithm is designed to solve the air traffic model by analyzing the capacity constraint relation of air traffic network.Then,the problem of how to allocate reroute resources effectively under the collaborative decision-making environment is studied.This paper analyzes the problem that the traditional allocation mechanism can not motivate airlines to express true preference information,which leads to the problem that the route resources can not be allocated effectively.In view of this problem and the problem that airlines are difficult to calculate route preference in practical application,the auction theory of contemporary economics is applied to design iterative combinatorial auction mechanism to allocate route resources,and the winning bid model solution algorithm is designed by using dynamic programming.Finally,the fairness of the allocation of route resources by auction mechanism is analyzed and improved.By analyzing the fairness of route resource allocation of collaborative route technology,this paper points out the deficiency of auction mechanism in the fairness of route resource allocation.In order to make up for the fairness defects of the auction mechanism,a mixed allocation mechanism is designed through priority allocation mechanism and iterative combinatorial auction.
