With the rapid development of China's civil aviation industry,flight volume continues to grow,airspace has become increasingly crowded.The traditional resource management can not meet the current development of civil aviation industry,collaborative route resource allocation(CRRA)has been more and more favored by domestic and foreign scholars.CRRA uses limited airspace resources to match airspace capacity and traffic,and equitably and rationally allocate traffic to optimize flight times to address airspace and airport congestion.The main contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the operational characteristics of airspace traffic are analyzed,and the theoretical model of sector route is studied.Considering the influence of sector coupling factors in actual operation,a different sector route capacity model based on flow coupling is proposed.The paper chooses the part of the flight section of China's A593 route to carry on the modeling and analysis,the actual capacity model can not only find the bottleneck of running route,but also provide the theoretical basis for the allocation of route resources.Secondly,the basic concept of CRRA is described,and the process of resource allocation is described.Based on the knowledge of traffic flow and the knowledge of research theory,a CRRA-based traffic allocation model is proposed.Then,this paper studies the current situation and influencing factors of the flight schedule,and summarizes two kinds of classical flight time optimization models.In addition,considering the cost of CRRA technology and cooperative route,the mathematical model of maximizing the benefit of time slot resources is established,and the algorithm is designed to solve.Finally,according to the national flight flight plan data,TAAM software is used to simulate the model;statistical analysis of six sectors of the different sections of the traffic flow.According to the coupling capacity model of traffic flow,the coupling capacity of each route is calculated.Through the establishment of time slot resources to maximize the efficiency of the mathematical model and algorithm,the optimal allocation of route resources,not only optimize the flight flight time,but also allocate traffic flow,improve the efficiency of airspace operation.
