With the continuous development of China's aviation industry,the demand for aviation capacity is gradually moving towards a diversified,multifunctional,and multi-layered direction.In order to greatly liberate the pressure of civil air transportation in our country,enhance the overall vitality of the air transportation industry,improve the efficiency of civil transportation as much as possible,and carry out research on the development potential of helicopters as transportation.Committed to bringing the transportation potential of the navigation industry to civil transportation,forming a comprehensive system of comprehensive protection,bringing new business models and operating models to civil airports.At the same time,the differences between helicopters and civilian passenger and freight aircraft are significant.Under the premise of ensuring the successful completion of transportation tasks,how to ensure the normal operation of the airport while minimizing the delay of civil airport clearance caused by helicopter operations has become an overall problem.The operability is the top priority.It provides a theoretical support for decision-making and operation guidelines for relevant departments of civil aviation,and has a positive impact on the practical solution of related issues,which has important practical significance.This article first explains the background of China's aviation resources integration,combined with a large number of literature reviews to develop a detailed optimization plan,and presents it in the form of research content.Through the explanation of the helicopter's own operation mode and applicable rules,the basic theory of operation optimization is derived;and the management elements affecting the approach efficiency of the helicopter analyzed from the data,the basic theory of management optimization is proposed,and the two are combined to form Connotation of collaborative management theory.The research on ant colony algorithm to solve TSP problem,the helicopter landing sequencing optimization model based on improved ant colony algorithm was established,and the algorithm simulation was carried out by combining the case data.Then through the secondary development and application of the 3D simulation software,a 3D simulation verification experiment was carried out on the helicopter approach,and a program for operation optimization was provided.After analyzing and arranging the data of the actual events and collecting the questionnaire,the research on the optimization of collaborative management of human factors was carried out.Through two exploratory factor analyses,combined with the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the factors,the calculation of factor weights was carried out,and a structural model was established.Finally,some factors affecting land-side operation efficiency were determined,and a management optimization scheme was provided.
