Along with the rapid development of civil aviation,various problems will inevitably arise.However,unreasonable management and maintenance of the navigation lighting system is a huge hidden danger affecting flight safety and navigation.Implementing a more comprehensive optimization management method for the navigation lighting station,the management and maintenance efficiency of the navigation lighting station can be improved.It also enhance the safety of aircraft navigation.In view of the shortcomings of current management methods of airport navigation lighting station,the main purpose of the project is to propose the optimization methods of personnel management and spare parts management to meet the needs of enhancing management efficiency.Based on this demand,the main research contents of this paper include:1.According to the limitation of navigation light monitoring system in the overall maintenance and management system of navigation light station,the functional connection between the monitoring system and personnel and spare parts management system is added in the research.Statistics and analysis of the data results obtained by the navigation light monitoring management,targeted to improve the efficiency of spare parts management and determine the corresponding personnel management optimization plan.2.In the optimization management of spare parts of navigation light station,an improved two-stage ABC(Activity Based Classification)Classification of spare parts is proposed.In this method,the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)is used to determine the rationality of the selection of spare parts classification management index weight,and in order to ensure the effect of objective decision analysis,SE-DEA(SE-Data Envelopment Analysis)is used to establish decision-making mechanism,finally,the corresponding optimization classification result is determined by the calculation of correlation efficiency.3.An improved TS(Tabu Search)algorithm is proposed for personnel optimization management in airport navigation lighting station.Based on the global neighborhood search characteristics of TS intelligent optimization algorithm,this method introduces the combination of punishment analysis and multi-domain analysis,and carries out reasonable scheduling optimization management for lighting station staff.4.Through the research and summary of personnel management and spare parts management,the management method which is helpful to optimize personnel and spare parts of navigation light station is obtained.So as to realize the rational development of the system,the research realizes the software application program design and hardware design test of the whole maintenance management system by combining with the above research and analysis.
