According to the market scale,development status and investment prospects of the construction industry,prefabricated buildings are an inevitable trend in the development of today’s construction industry.At present,the prefabricated components are mostly supplied in an extensive manner once or several times in the production stage.The mismatch of component transportation and construction schedule causes a large number of on-site components to be stacked,which leads to an increase in transportation and storage costs.In the process of prefabricated building construction,the collection and sharing of project information at each stage is relatively lagging,and the information cannot be obtained in real time to adjust the status of the project,which leads to conflicts between plans.The various stages of the construction process are independent of each other,and there is no timely communication and feedback in the management process,resulting in the increase of redundant repetitive work.Therefore,the real-time acquisition,transmission and sharing of component information is very important.It is necessary to establish a collaborative system to organize and manage the work of each stage and coordinate the plan and information of each stage.In the construction of engineering projects,process coordination uses prefabricated components as the connection point to clarify the key tasks of each stage and effectively connect the work of each stage,which is an important aspect of the collaborative management of engineering projects.Based on the research of BIM technology related theories and engineering collaboration theory,this paper analyzes the main collaboration process of prefabricated buildings,and explains the tasks,processes,and information transmission directions at each stage of the construction process.Taking prefabricated components as the research object,build a collaborative management system for the whole process of assembly construction based on BIM and RFID technology,analyze the needs of each stage of the construction process,and subdivide the construction process into four stages: design phase,production phase,transportation phase and assembly phase.In order to ensure the real-time transmission and sharing of information between the various stages of the construction process,the timely and accurate information connection,the coordinated management of each stage,and the realization of component production,transportation and construction progress.Matching ensures that component supply is balanced with demand,and reduces component transportation costs.The main work of this paper is as follows: First,to study the current status of the development of domestic and international collaborative management of BIM technology and engineering in prefabricated buildings,expounded BIM technology,RFID technology,the full life cycle of PC components,cost control,and collaborative management Theory.The second is to analyze the transportation of prefabricated components,establish a cost optimization model,introduce an improved hybrid ant colony algorithm,introduce related principles of the algorithm,the mathematical model of the algorithm and its implementation steps,and achieve transportation cost optimization.The third is to analyze the information requirements of the whole process management of assembly-type construction based on BIM and RFID technology.Based on the functional requirements,rely on the Every BIM platform to carry out BIM and RFID technology assembly-type construction whole-process collaborative management platform architecture design,and prepare standardized BIM coordination for each stage of assembly-type construction Apply the process and apply it to actual engineering cases to realize the management of the whole process of components and verify the application value and feasibility of BIM technology in the control of the whole process of prefabricated construction.Through the research of this subject,the advantages of BIM technology in the whole process control of prefabricated construction are confirmed,and the BIM technology-based prefabricated construction full process collaborative management system is constructed to realize the collaborative real-time control of the whole process,improve the management level of prefabricated construction,and reduce project costs.This research provides ideas for other types of prefabricated buildings to introduce BIM technology for construction management,and it is of great significance to promote the development of prefabricated buildings.
