With the vigorous development of Chinese economy,the demand for construction machinery from all walks of life is increasing,and the technical requirements are becoming higher and higher.Multi-way valve is one of the most important control elements of construction machinery,and its performance directly affects the overall technical level of construction machinery.Accurate and comprehensive testing of multi-way valves is a prerequisite for improving the design and processing level of multi-way valves.There are many problems in the domestic multi-way valve test system,such as low degree of automation,low test efficiency and automatic performance evaluation.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a multi-way valve test system with complete functions and intelligent evaluation of key performances such as dead zone,hysteresis,isostatic characteristics of main relief valve,load sensing stability.The article first mathematically models the multi-way valve,and builds a multi-way valve simulation platform,and deeply studies the four typical characteristics of the multiway valve dead zone,hysteresis,isobaric characteristics of the main relief valve,and loads sensing stability.The performance multi-way valve comprehensive tests bench and intelligent performance evaluation algorithm lay the theoretical foundation.Secondly,sort out the requirements and technical indicators of the multi-way valve test project,comprehensively consider the multi-way valve test tasks,and form the overall plan design of the multi-way valve test bench.The multi-way valve test bench mainly includes two parts: the hydraulic system and the measurement and control system.The article focuses on the design of the measurement and control system,the composition of the measurement and control hardware and the electrical signal processing.The intelligent evaluation algorithm provides hardware support.Then,comprehensively analyze the design principles and functional requirements of the measurement and control software,study the mathematical theory and logic algorithm of intelligent evaluation of key performance,and combine with the multi-way valve test process,focusing on the development of an intelligent evaluation algorithm module for the key performance of multi-way valves.Adopt modular design ideas,complete the modules of signal giving,data acquisition,data storage and report printing,and realize the communication and signal filtering functions of the upper and lower computers,and complete the development of the entire measurement and control program.Finally,this paper uses the developed multi-way valve test system to systematically test a multi-way valve provided by the enterprise,and analyzes the test data.The results show that the measurement and control test bench developed in this paper is reasonable in design.The intelligent evaluation algorithm module is reliable and effective.
