Design Of Beidaihe Kangyang Riding Equipment Based On Service Contact Theory

The rapid development of the modern national economy has brought the impro vement of living standards and some new challenges such as urban population heal-th indicators lower than the economic growth.Due to the significant increase in working hours and work pressure of modern people,the fragmentation of leisure ti me and the lack of exercise of the urban population,the sub-health problems have increased significantly.National health and economic development are equally imp ortant.China has clearly stated in the "Outline of Healthy China 2030 " that it will open up new health industries and new models based on the integration of traditi onal fields such as tourism,the Internet,fitness and leisure.As a coastal health tourism city,how to take advantage of the unique natural environment and create a differentiated tourism service model centered on tourists has been a worthy of deep consideration of Beidaihe.From the perspective of ser vice design,this article focuses on the research of Beidaihe Kangyang riding servic e model and riding auxiliary equipment.First,investigating the usage scenarios,clari fying the service targets,and analyzeing the composition and problems of the exist ing riding services.Then,using the research tools of service design,such as user j ourney maps and user portraits,analyzing and researching Beidaihe’s existing riding service products,user needs,user experience and exploring the feasibility of Beida ihe Kangyang riding service model touchpoints,conducting in-depth research on tou chpoints with user needs,and build hardware and software demand models.Finally,u sing the demand analysis method to sort requirements for complex requirements.Pr oductizing the user’s needs to get the design plan of the riding equipment,and usi ng the design plan screening method to screen the design plan,and carry out desi gn practice and verification according to the filtered plan.This article takes the Beidaihe kangyang riding equipment and riding auxiliary facilities as the material foundation,carried out a riding service platform,and con structs the Beidaihe kangyang riding service in an effective way for combining online and offline effectively.
