Under the new economic environment,the low-voltage electrical appliance industry is facing transformation and upgrade.Improvements on the stability and reliability of products are the primary problem faced by enterprises during this transformation.Further,welding quality is an important criterion to judge whether the product is qualified.At present,since destructive methods are widely used in the evaluation of the welding quality,these inspection cannot be employed on large quantities,thus limiting the control of product quality.Ultrasonic nondestructive testing can detect the welding quality without damaging the specimen,which is important for improving the control ability of testing quality and expanding the tested samples.Based on the concept of service design,this paper firstly makes a macro analysis of ultrasonic nondestructive testing equipment in the field of low-voltage electrical appliances,including service ecology,stakeholders,service architecture,etc.Then,we comprehesively understand the basic situation of ultrasonic nondestructive testing equipment.Further,we design the investigation process based on our analysis.Secondly,we implement field research on select representative testing institutions.Problems existing in the current ultrasonic nondestructive testing equipment were collected through the methods of interviews and hidden observations.Such problems include inappropriate design of the equipment,heavy manual operation of the equipment,and inconsistency between the testing environment and the equipment.To make the detector has better detection experience,this paper also analyzes the emotional perception of users while using the device.Using the service walkthrough method,the user experience process chart is drawn,and the behavior of each contact point and the corresponding emotions are analyzed.Finally,by sorting out the questions obtained in the survey,questionnaires are designed to cover high-frequency questions.Based on the results of the objective and subjective questionnaires,the design objectives were proposed,and the design strategies were discussed with different stakeholders.According to the proposed strategy,we design and implement ultrasonic nondestructive testing equipment,and analyze the design results.Detection equipment,as the core of detection service,directly affects the efficiency,accuracy and service experience of detection.In this paper,the design of the equipment,the operation process,the operator's emotional perception,and detection environment are taken into consider.In addition,the intangible service is materialized.The intent of this paper is to provide users with more user-friendly,easy-to-learn,effective,and satisfactory equipment design and service.
