With the advent of the new era,the management and production modes of enterprises are constantly changing,and innovation has gradually become an important element in the development of enterprises.The widespread emergence of enterprise innovation requires enterprises to have a professional innovation performance evaluation system.At present,there are many innovative performance evaluation methods,but due to the short introduction time,there are some shortcomings,enterprises need to choose an appropriate innovative performance evaluation method according to their own development.As a means of performance management,BSC has been in China for more than 100 years and has been applied in enterprises with a relatively mature performance.Therefore,we can also use the concept of BSC to manage the innovation performance of enterprises.This paper first discusses the necessity of research on innovation performance,studies the research results of domestic and foreign scholars related to innovation performance and balanced scorecard,and introduces the content of innovation performance and evaluation as well as the main content of balanced scorecard.Secondly,based on the balanced scorecard,the innovation performance evaluation index system of Tianye Unicom is constructed.The innovation performance evaluation is carried out from four dimensions,namely,financial dimension,customer dimension,internal process dimension and learning and growth dimension,and 3-7evaluation indexes are set under each dimension.Again,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to guide industry innovation performance evaluation,the overall evaluation generally found that day guide industry innovation performance,including financial dimension innovation performance evaluation,customer dimension innovation performance evaluation is good,the internal process dimension innovation performance evaluation,learning and growth dimension good innovation performance evaluation;Finally,according to the evaluation results,it is suggested that Tianye Unicom improve the innovation performance incentive mechanism,make great efforts to introduce innovative talents,attach importance to the cultivation of employees' innovation ability,build an innovation platform,increase the investment inresearch and development,promote the transformation of innovation results,and actively conduct innovation performance evaluation feedback,so as to improve Tianye Unicom's innovation performance.
