With the continuous promotion of capacity and structure in China,especially in environmental protection,the traditional development ideas oriented to financial indicators are difficult to meet the long-term development needs of energy enterprises.In order to adapt to the increasingly competitive market environment and meet national policies,there is an urgent need to solve the problem that the evaluation content of the existing performance evaluation system is too single and the evaluation index is too broad.As a strategic management tool,the Balanced Scorecard provides a comprehensive,concrete,typical and operable performance evaluation system for energy enterprises from four dimensions: Finance,customer,internal business process,learning and growth,so as to promote the healthy development of enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of the industry.Based on the in-depth analysis of the current performance evaluation system of GH energy company,the existing problems and the internal and external competitive environment and competitive conditions,this paper adds the security and environmental protection dimension on the basis of the balanced scorecard.By issuing questionnaires to experts,the performance evaluation Index system of GH energy company based on improving Balanced Scorecard is constructed,and the weight coefficient of one and tertiary indexes is calculated by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Finally,taking the coal production department of GH Energy company as an example,the feasibility of performance evaluation Index system is verified,and the results of performance evaluation are analyzed.This paper uses the improved balanced scorecard to develop the performance evaluation system of energy enterprises,which can effectively improve the business evaluation index,enhance the efficiency of enterprises,improve the level of departmental performance management,enhance the awareness of safety and environmental protection,and arouse the enthusiasm of employees.At the same time,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight coefficient,which effectively solves the problems such as complex calculation of analytic hierarchy process and difficult to guarantee the consistency of thinking.In the performance evaluation of energy enterprises,we should pay attention to the safeguard measures in the aspects of organization management,rules and regulations,cultural atmosphere and so on,so that the performance evaluation system can be promoted smoothly in the management of the company.
