| As an important part of China’s national economy,power enterprises have been affected by the internal and external environment of energy structure transformation and excess capacity in the same industry in recent years.In the face of the situation of"internal troubles and foreign invasion",how to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and improve internal management is the primary issue in front of every power enterprise.Huaneng power international as the leading enterprises of the industry,its current performance evaluation system is still based on traditional financial index is given priority to,its effect is not very good,to make up for deficiencies in this paper,the introduction of the balanced scorecard,the application of it to solve the imbalance of financial and non-financial indicators,as well as the strategic goal of huaneng power international goes through to the business activities,and improve enterprise efficiency,achieve sustainable development.Taking Huaneng International as the research object and from the perspective of balanced scorecard,this paper adds a fifth dimension--low carbon dimension on the basis of the traditional four dimensions,draws a strategic map by decompose the current strategic objectives of the enterprise,and selects the key performance evaluation indicators of each dimension to form the performance evaluation index system of Huaneng International.Analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the index weight of the evaluation system.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to get the performance evaluation results of each dimension and the whole.Through comparative analysis,it is proved that the performance evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation of Huaneng International,and the corresponding improvement countermeasures are put forward for the shortcomings of the enterprise.Finally,on this basis,summarized the application of balanced scorecard safeguard measures.Study found throughout the paper,introduce the balanced scorecard in the performance evaluation system of huaneng power international is feasible,and is in conformity with the huaneng power international management present situation,five dimensions of interlocking,and through the analysis of the results of the performance evaluation,clear the direction of the enterprise need to focus on in the future,so as to improve the overall competitiveness of huaneng power international in the industry and internal cohesion,promote the sustainable development of it.At the same time,it also provides some reference for the implementation of the balanced scorecard in other power enterprises. |
