With the current electric vehicle industry becoming more and more important in the global automotive industry,the technology of electric vehicles is becoming more and more mature,and its electronic control technology has also been developed rapidly;people have not met the requirements for the car to travel,but the electric vehicle safety and comfort is more concerned,this is undoubtedly the vehicle control system put forward higher requirements.Through the investigation of the development trend of electric vehicle and the development level of electronic control technology,the research purpose and significance of the master controller of electric vehicle are illustrated.Based on the analysis of the development trend of foreign automotive electronic control technology,combined with the development status of domestic automotive control technology,this paper designs and realizes the main controller of the electric vehicle.This paper describes the design and implementation of the main controller of the electric vehicle,and designs the hardware and software of the main controller.Based on the analysis of the main controller of existing electric vehicle at home and abroad,combined with the existing conditions,the function of the main controller of the electric vehicle is determined.The controller uses STM32F107VCT6 as the main control chip,the minimum system and the hardware circuit,as the core of the design mainly includes: power,clock,reset,debug interface,CAN bus communication interface,hot standby arbitration,signal acquisition,the external drive circuit,and the design and manufacture of hardware circuit board.In the design of hardware,considering the influence of various interference factors,the design of anti-jamming circuit is increased.The core of the development platform using Keil u Vision5 as the main controller,the software part of the main controller is designed,including: ?C/OS-? real-time operating system transplant;Software structure of CAN communication;development of terminal color combination,the man-machine interface is designed;In order to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the main controller,the main controller is designed as a dual standby system.Using Quartus II as assistant development environment,the software of the double hot standby control system is designed.Finally,based on the consideration of the rationality of the hardware and software design,the main controller of the electric vehicle is tested in this paper,and the test platform is built with the existing conditions.The main controller has been tested systematically,including the main module testing,man-machine interface testing,arbitration unit testing,and some functional tests.Test results show that the main functions of the main controller designed in this paper can be basically achieved,and meet the design requirements.
