With the expansion of the military struggle in the near space,military use of the unmanned aerial vehicle in the region is getting more and more attention.The integrated information load platform is an effective means for the information acquisition and task management of the aircraft,and is the cornerstone that the aircraft accomplish tasks of Interference,detection,communication,so it is a high demand for the performance of the platform.The system controller as the core unit of the integrated load platform,to bear the control of task load equipment,and the management of remote control,telemetry,carrier state data and timing synchronization and other tasks.Therefore,its data processing capabilities determine the level of performance across the platform.This thesis analyzes the design method of the current system controller.On this basis,the design scheme of the main control board and the exchange board is put forward according to the specific needs of the project,and then accomplish the hardware design,U-Boot porting and Linux operating system transplantation.In a communication network with a large number of task load data,in order to make the system stably operate for a long time,usually using two sets of master control device ensures it by way of switching to each other.In the past,the inter-master switching was often carried out by means of a hard-swap board,but the method was not only inefficient,but also prone to data loss and system paralysis.In this thesis,the Hot-standby scheme is designed from the software level,which realizes the switching of the underlying communication links in the system.On this basis,the data backup and migration are successfully completed,and the system run normally before and after switching and data is not lost.Then,we analyze how the PCIe controller of the P2041 processor after the system is powered on to configure the header area the switching chip in the PCIe communication link,and the primary and secondary bus number registers of the switching chip and the downstream node device,the base address and the size of PCI space,finally,the PCIe communication link deployment is completed.In this thesis,we successfully send and receive data through the socket programming by means of Gigabit Ethernet and measure the actual data transfer rate reachs 664.848Mbps;moreover,DMA data read and write transmission rate of system controller and FPGA signal processing board respectively reachs 3.521 Gbps and 3.658 Gbps through the PCIe x1 link and The active/standby board's switchover time reaches an average of 20 ms or less The test results show that the expected requirements are met.
