Research On The Cost Efficiency Evaluation Of ZJ Company's Onstruction Project Based On DEA

The purpose of cost management is not simply to control the construction cost,but to reduce the cost of the enterprise under certain conditions,and to improve the economic and social benefits of the enterprise from the whole completion process of the project,that is,to carry out cost management on the basis of cost efficiency evaluation.Therefore,it is necessary to use the basic theory of data envelopment analysis to study the cost management of construction projects.This paper focuses on the cost efficiency of the construction project of ZJ construction company.Firstly,it briefly describes the basic framework of the paper,expounds the basic theory of this topic,analyzes the concept category in detail,and the theory of DEA.Secondly,according to the characteristics of ZJ company,through the analysis of the construction project of the company's construction machinery,according to the principle of evaluation index selection,select labor cost,material cost,machinery cost,management cost,construction period as the input index,project output value and profit as the output index.Finally,using DEA efficiency evaluation method,the cost efficiency of ZJ company's projects is scientifically ranked,and the cost efficiency value of each project is analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency value are put forward for the reasons of relatively low efficiency..Based on the theory of data envelopment analysis,this paper analyzes the cost efficiency of ZJ construction project by using different models,and points out that only by continuously improving the management and technical level of the project and standardizing the project management,can the economic and social benefits of the company be continuously increased,and the cost efficiency level of the construction project be continuously improved.
