Study On The Planning And Construction Strategy Of Beautiful Villages In ZheJiang Province Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

Rural areas are the foundation and important carrier of China’s development.However,with the rapid development of modern cities and the orientation of international competitiveness,most high-quality resources are concentrating in large cities.It leaded to the unbalanced and inadequate development in China,especially the rural areas.The issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers have always been fundamental to China’s national economy and people’s livelihood.This is also a problem that China will inevitably encounter in its development.In October 2017,the general secretary XiJinPing put forward the "rural revitalization strategy"twice as a priority in his report to the 19th CPC national congress.In January 2018,the state council released the no.1 document of the central committee for 2018,opinions of the CPC central committee and the state council on the implementation of the strategy for rural revitalization.In September of the same year,the strategic plan for rural revitalization(2018-2022)was issued.All areas and departments are required to earnestly implement.The beautiful countryside construction in ZheJiang province under the policy and financial support has made great achievements.However,it still fails to achieve the effect required by the national strategy of rural revitalization,and there are still some problems such as uneven quality of supporting services between urban and rural areas,light industry construction in rural areas,and insufficient impetus for subsequent development.In view of the above problems,this paper is mainly based on the theory and practice at home and abroad,in order to achieve the goal of rural revitalization,based on the connotation and new requirements of rural revitalization for the planning and construction of beautiful villages in ZheJiang province,focused on the general requirements for rural revitalization,combined with the experience、characteristics and development trend of beautiful villages in ZheJiang,to put forward"planning and construction strategy of beautiful villages in zhejiang province under the strategy of rural revitalization",in order to solve the existing problems and promote the construction of beautiful villages in ZheJiang province under the background of rural revitalization strategy.Through this analysis,I hope to summarize the exploration and practice and successful experience of ZheJiang province as the pioneer of China’s beautiful rural construction,providing some reference for the rural construction in other areas of our country.It can also provide some positive ideas and Suggestions for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in ZheJiang province and the planning and construction of beautiful villages in the future.
