Research On The Transformation Strategy Of Traditional Residential Buildings In Beijing Based On The Filler Assembly Method

The courtyard building based on the form of Beijing quadrangle architecture is a typical representative form of traditional residential buildings in Beijing.With the launch of the new Beijing urban master plan,traditional residential buildings in the core area of Beijing are no longer undergoing large-scale demolition and relocation,but instead undergoing reasonable renovation,protection,and repair of residential buildings.In the process of renovation,it is required to not only focus on urban planning and style control,but also on the actual living experience,living environment,and cultural inheritance of residents for renovation.It is emphasized that the actual living environment of residents should be improved to achieve sustainable development after renovation.However,traditional residential buildings located in the urban area of Beijing have evolved over time and history.With the self initiated expansion of residents and the circular development of traditional residential areas,the internal living environment and building quality are no longer able to meet modern living needs.Therefore,achieving efficient and high-quality renovation of traditional residential buildings in Beijing has become an urgent problem to be solved.The traditional construction method cannot significantly improve the effect of its renovation.With the continuous development of building industrialization and prefabricated building,the prefabricated construction strategy and SI infill interior design concept are applied to the renovation of residential buildings.This paper will conduct a strategic study on the renovation of traditional residential buildings in Beijing based on the infill assembly method.Firstly,the thesis summarizes and studies the relevant theories of prefabricated infill transformation,and deeply studies the SI theoretical system,KEP open system,KSI adaptive system,CHS comprehensive long-term system,prefabricated building technology and construction methods and other relevant theories required for residential transformation.Analyze the architectural form and structure of traditional residential buildings in Beijing,and explore the correlation research of prefabricated infill renovation in Beijing residential buildings.After that,the transformation cases of Beijing traditional residential buildings and some cases of light prefabricated building are studied.Each typical case is selected for research,and the overall induction and summary are carried out.The advantages and characteristics of each transformation case are compared,and various correlation studies and verifications with SI housing system theory are carried out.Draw the advantages and applicability of the prefabricated filling strategy in response to the renovation of Beijing residential buildings.Then,the site survey was carried out in Fahua Temple District,Dongcheng District,Beijing.Conduct research on the current situation of traditional residential buildings,as well as the living environment inside the courtyard and the public infrastructure and municipal facilities in the residential area.Conduct research on the personal and family situation of residents,summarize the population structure and occupational composition of residents within the region,as well as their true feelings about the living environment and building quality.Based on the research results,the difficulties in implementing the renovation and renovation of traditional residential areas and the most urgent contradictions and problems to be solved at present have been analyzed.Finally,the application of prefabricated renovation strategies and key points for prefabricated interior renovation of traditional residential buildings in Beijing are proposed,including the overall strategy for prefabricated renovation of traditional residential buildings and the current situation control-restoration of courtyards-prefabricated filling body renovation.The basic requirements for carrying out prefabricated renovation.Research the design points of prefabricated renovation of traditional residential buildings,including unit design,adaptive design of prefabricated integrated kitchens and bathrooms,as well as accessibility and aging friendly renovation.Research the key technical points for the renovation of prefabricated filling bodies in residential buildings.Specifically,it includes the key points of renovation from the entire building to local parts,such as prefabricated wall systems,floor systems,and prefabricated integrated kitchen and bathroom functional units.
