In this paper, graphene rubber composite modified asphalt was prepared by graphene, rubber powder and base asphalt. The storage stability of graphene rubber composite modified asphalt was studied by segregation test.Combined with basic performance test, dynamic shear rheological test, fluorescence microscope and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy test, the graphene rubber composite modified asphalt was validated from the point of view of macro-mechanics and micro-composition.Rheological and aging properties. The optimum ratio of matrix asphalt, rubber asphalt and graphene rubber composite modified asphalt mixture were studied to verify the water stability and high temperature stability of graphene rubber composite modified asphalt mixture. It is found that the composite modification of graphene rubber can improve the complex modulus of rubber asphalt, reduce the phase angle, and improve the high temperature stability of asphalt;the residual penetration ratio, softening point difference and viscosity aging index of graphene rubber composite modified asphalt before and after aging all reflect the excellent aging resistance of composite modified asphalt, and the viscoelastic properties of graphene composite modified asphalt before and after aging.Compared with base asphalt and rubber asphalt, rutting resistance is better, and has less effect on composite modified asphalt aging. The dynamic stability of graphene composite modified asphalt mixture in rutting test is obviously higher than that of rubber asphalt and base asphalt, which indicates that its high temperature stability has been improved.Meanwhile, the water stability of graphene rubber composite modified asphalt in immersion Marshall test is better, and it has good water damage resistance.
