Following the rapid development of global electric vehicles,China has issued a lot of policy documents for the development of electric vehicles and their charging infrastructure in recent years.As an important link to promote the development of urban electric vehicles,how to select the urban charging station candidates scientifically and economically is of great significance to the development of urban electric vehicles.Different from the solution thinking of mathematical modeling,this paper chooses the comprehensive evaluation method as the guideline to solve the planning by considering the complexity of the selection of charging stations.By considering the planning report of the selection project,the relevant national standards of charging facilities,the existing literature and the government policies,the paper puts forward the index evaluation system for the characteristics of the third and fourth tier cities,and uses Choquet The integration and prospect theory evaluation models are applied to the charging station planning project from two different perspectives.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)In view of the problems existing in the current electric vehicle charging station layout planning,such as weak urban pertinence,unclear service-oriented objects in the comprehensive evaluation system,etc.,based on the characteristics of the development structure of urban electric vehicles,the influencing factors of electric vehicle charging stations and government policies,this paper constructs social services for the development of electric vehicles in the third and fourth tier cities based on the idea of AHP The multi-dimensional evaluation system for the location of EV charging stations of similar vehicles realizes the "right medicine" for the location planning of such urban charging stations;(2)In view of the problem that the independence of default index evaluation system may lead to the distortion of evaluation results in the current multiattribute decision-making method,considering the relevance of index system,a decision-making method combining weight and fuzzy measure-Choquet integral is proposed.The combination weight is determined by AHP and entropy weight method,the ? s function is transformed into fuzzy measure,and the fuzzy measure is fused by Choquet integral Then,K-means clustering is used to grade and analyze the decision value of the candidate points.Compared with the current multi-attribute decision-making methods,that is,the conventional weight calculation method is used to consider the subjective and objective weight factors,and the ? s function is transformed into the fuzzy measure to consider the index relevance,which is helpful to improve the accuracy of the decision-making of the charging station;(3)In view of the fact that the current multi-attribute decision-making method is rational by default for the sensitivity of index data and neglects the psychological factors of "aversion" to index loss in actual decision-making,this paper proposes an optimal weight model for determining the index weight of charging station by combining the judgment matrix modification of AHP and prospect theory,and uses prospect theory to quantify the psychological factors of human through mathematical expression The decision-making value is used to determine the suitability of the charging station,and then K-means clustering is used to grade and analyze the decision-making value of the charging station.The decision results obtained by this method are in line with the conservatism of the decision-making of the third and fourth tier cities under the trend of financial pressure and other issues,so that the decision-making of charging station selection in the third and fourth tier cities is more in line with the actual situation.(4)In view of the realistic background that the charging stations will be open to the public in the future in such cities,after getting the decision sequence of candidate points for comprehensive evaluation,Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the daily charging load of various kinds of electric vehicles and determine the charging piles required for the candidate points with the maximum daily load,then gravity model is used to simulate the traffic flow direction of private electric vehicles in cities and calculate the hot area of urban charging demand Through the comprehensive decision-making of the horizontal comparison of urban charging stations and the vertical economic analysis of each charging station candidate point,the comprehensive guidance of charging station construction planning can be realized.
