Energy crisis and environmental pollution bring the double pressure of to the development of traditional fuel vehicle industry in our country.In addition,electric vehicle that replace oil with electrical energy as a power source can achieve zero emission of vehicle exhaust.The development of electric vehicle plays an important role in energy saving and emission reduction and energy security of our country,so the electric vehicle is one of the main direction of future vehicle development.The construction and development of electric vehicle infrastructure is an important guarantee for the sustained,healthy and stable development of electric vehicle industry.In the market driven and policy support,our country have built more and more charging stations.Therefore,the following two-research work are very important to the development of the electric vehicle charging station:one is the charging station planning before construction;the two is that we should always evaluate and improve the service level of the charging station.Therefore,in order to grasp the operation status and service ability of the charging station,and to improve the operation level and service quality of the charging station,it is necessary to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of electric vehicle charging station service.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to evaluate the service level of charging stations.In this paper,the current operation status of charging stations and the corresponding evaluation methods are analyzed,and the problems in the operation of charging stations are pointed out.The single comprehensive evaluation methods have one-sidedness.Because the single comprehensive evaluation methods has shortcomings,this paper take the public electric vehicle charging station of Beijing city as the research sample,based on real data collected by operation of charging stations and combination evaluation method,and established evaluation model of charging station service.Compared with a single comprehensive evaluation method,the result of combination evaluation is more reasonable and reliable,and is closer to the actual situation.The evaluation system of electric vehicle charging station established in this paper.It mainly includes three parts:one is to establish a scientific and reasonable charging station evaluation indexes system,two is to select two single comprehensive evaluation method to establish evaluation model,and the three is to use three kinds of combination evaluation method to evaluate the charging station.First of all,this paper established evaluation index system that consider station operation level,the quality of customer service and the impact on traffic and distribution network in three categories,including 14 evaluation indexes and use entropy method to determine the index weight.Then,the paper establishes the evaluation model of charging station's service respectively based on two kinds of single comprehensive evaluation methods,which are gray correlation analysis method and TOPSIS method.Finally,this paper constructs a combination evaluation model respectively based on the three combination evaluation methods,which is the average value method,the Borda method and the Copeland method.In the empirical analysis,based on the real data that collected from field research,questionnaire survey and the electric vehicle charging service platform,this paper make an empirical analysis on two kinds of single comprehensive evaluation model and three kinds of combination evaluation model.Moreover,the accuracy verification of the results using the Spearman rank correlation coefficient.We get the conclusion from the empirical results:the evaluation model based on the combined evaluation of the charging station operation can be used to evaluate the charging station,and the results are feasible and accurate.Compared with the single comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation results based on combination evaluation method is more reasonable and accurate.
