| Jiangnan in the Ming Dynasty achieved brilliant achievements in social economy,culture and other aspects,and the garden construction of literati in pursuit of the idyllic landscape also reached its peak in this period.The rural gardens in the "Yuanye · Xiangye" chapter have different landscape features from other gardens.This study collects and organizes the relevant literatures such as the county records,local records and garden records in the Ming Dynasty,and also refers to the social economy,cultural life,spatial form,etc.in the Jiangnan region,with a view to clarifying the formation matrix of rural gardens and exploring its features different from the other types of gardens on formation process.Finally,the relevant atlas of the Ming Dynasty were selected for a key analysis,and the rural garden landscape features reflected in the atlas were summarized.The first is the analysis of the formation matrix of Jiangnan country gardens.From the three important levels of manor economy,hermit thought,and polder water system environment that affect the formation and development of Jiangnan rural gardens.The formation context of rural gardens under the influence of these three aspects is elaborated in detail,and the formation,distribution,and classification of Jiangnan rural gardens in the Ming Dynasty are analyzed in detail.The second is to study the typical Jiangnan rural garden atlas in the Ming Dynasty.It is mainly based on the detailed analysis of the Garden Records,Garden Poems,Garden Books,Local Chronicles and other related ancient books.Combing out the landscape features of the Jiangnan rural garden albums in different periods of the Ming Dynasty under the background of social economy,social thought and geographical environmental factors at that time.From a large number of documents,the South Stream Cottage Painting、the Nan Cun Villa Album and the Dong Zhuang Atlas were analyzed as representative cases in the Jiangnan region of the Ming Dynasty.In particular,it is necessary to focus on the analysis of Dong Zhuang Atlas,an urban landscape garden with rural gardens style features.The third is based on the background analysis of the album about case,from the perspective of the integration of garden landscaping elements and rural landscape to interpret the Jiangnan rural landscape features in the Ming Dynasty: One is the acceptance and transformation of garden elements in the rural environment,and the other is the optimization and promotion of garden elements to the rural environment.Finally,through studying the garden atlas in three different periods of the Ming Dynasty,the landscape features of Jiangnan rural garden in the Ming Dynasty were obtained.It also analyzes the rural gardens and gardens with rural garden style when they have the same landscape features of rural gardens,and further deepens the understanding of rural gardens.The research of this subject fills the research gap in this field,and hopes to have some enlightenment for the scholars who study the Jiangnan rural garden in the Ming Dynasty and other regional gardens in the future. |
