Cement concrete pavement road plays an important role in China’s highway system and it is widely used in the rural roads construction.Due to the influence of many factors,such as construction and maintenance,the pavement could produce many diseases in the process of use,which would seriously affect the safe operation of the road.In many road quality testing methods,acoustic nondestructive testing(NDT)technology has the advantages of rapid,convenient,nondestructive and accurate,and it is an important technical means of road quality testing.With the development of cloud technology,acoustic nondestructive testing technology is developing towards the direction of intelligent,remote and cloud-based cloud detection.In this paper,the implementation scheme of acoustic cloud testing was proposed and applied,which was a combination of acoustic nondestructive testing technology,cloud storage technology and Web development technology.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)The acoustic cloud database and cloud model have been established.Rent Alibaba Cloud server on demand,deploy cloud server operating system,and then create cloud My SQL database on it,for establishing the data background storage center of concrete pavement quality acoustic cloud detection system;The method of synchronously connecting the acoustic detector instrument and the local computer to the cloud database was studied,and realized the remote transmission of the data collected by the instrument end to the cloud My SQL database and then The local computer managed the cloud My SQL database;The way to creating the detection object cloud model and publishing the web link of cloud model was studied,which provided a visual cloud model for remote viewing of the detection object in acoustic cloud detection system.(2)A web online system for acoustic cloud detection has been developed.Based on the working process of acoustic detection,the functional requirements and information management requirements of the acoustic cloud detection system were analyzed in detail,and the functional modules of the acoustic cloud detection system were designed.Integrating ASP.NET MVC architecture pattern and B/S application typical three-tier architecture pattern,the acoustic cloud detection system architecture construction was completed;With database access technology Entity Framework as a data persistence tool,with Bootstrap as the front-end Framework,using C# high-level assembly language to complete the development of various functional modules of the acoustic cloud detection system;Finally,the whole system was deployed on Alibaba Cloud server to facilitate the system’s sustainable online access and extended maintenance.The acoustic cloud detection system integrated testing resources such as testing site,testing instrument,testing standard and data management,and realized the integration and sharing of multi-dimensional fusion information and remoted monitoring of testing work.(3)Acoustic cloud detection platform has been used to test the quality of concrete pavement.Taking X145 Song Xian road as an engineering example,compared with the traditional detection method of drilling and coring,the road quality was detected by the method of acoustic cloud detection.Before the test started,the on-site test operator generated the cloud model of the test site through the 360 panoramic camera and upload it to the system.The management personnel used the system to manage the test site remotely and visually.During the testing process,the on-site test operator transmitted the instrument interface of the acoustic tester into the system,and the management personnel would monitored the data interface of the testing instrument remotely through the system.After the test was completed,the administrator could obtain the test data information through the system in time and conducted cloud storage management.The acoustic cloud detection implementation scheme studied in this paper have realized the cloud supervision of remote acoustic wave detection and cloud management of detection data information.It could promote the quality of concrete pavement by acoustic wave.
