With the rapid development of High-Speed Rail(HSR)in China, intercity passenger travel interaction is frequent. This dense HSR network has changed the travel structure of passengers, affected the spatial layout of cities, increased the close communication of economy, politics, culture, information and other aspects between cities, and increased the demand for HSR travel. Therefore,in order to continuously meet the travel needs of HSR passengers,it is of great significance to study the travel behavior of HSR passengers.Based on the questionnaire of Beijing Shijiazhuang HSR and Shanghai Nanjing HSR,this paper studies the behavior characteristics of HSR passengers in the whole process of travel from the perspective of travel behavior.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the basic attributes and travel characteristics of passengers and the spatial layout of the facilities around the station, the NL model(Nested Logit model)is adopted to analyze the selection rules of the travel mode of HSR passengers in the pre travel stage(from the starting point to the destination point to the HSR station). It is found that the passengers along the Beijing Shijiazhuang line pay more attention to economy, while the passengers along the Shanghai Nanjing line pay more attention to time and convenience. In this paper,Binary Logistic model and Random Forest model are used to analyze the factors that affect the travel frequency of passengers in the travel stage of HSR.The results show that the Random Forest model can improve the accuracy of9.5% and the prediction performance of 12.5%,which has good applicability.Based on the constructed Random Forest model, this paper analyzes the relationship between the travel frequency of passengers in Beijing Shijiazhuang and Shanghai Nanjing HSR and other indicators. It is found that the most important factors affecting the travel frequency of passengers in the two lines are the separation of occupation and residence, but the travel cost, early arrival time, connection cost, travel purpose, occupation, connection time, choice of work point, choice of residence point, individual The importance ranking of income impact is different.By summarizing the similarities and differences of passenger travel behavior of different lines, this paper puts forward suggestions for enhancing the close relationship between cities along the HSR,and provides theoretical basis for promoting the coordinated and rapid development of cities.
