With the rapid development of China's economy and the gradual improvement of the comprehensive transportation system,the demand for transportation infrastructure for social development continues to increase,and the quality requirements continue to increase.BIM technology brings new opportunities for the development of transportation infrastructure with its advantages of visualization,simulation,and information integration.This article is the application research of highway bridge construction simulation and construction monitoring based on BIM technology.Based on the summary of the engineering characteristics and management status of highway bridges,this paper systematically compares the current mainstream BIM highway bridge engineering application cases,and establishes key technologies for highway bridge construction under the BIM environment.The main research contents include:(1)Build BIM model of highway bridge based on Bentley's solution.According to the characteristics of highway bridges,a three-dimensional ground model was created by Open Roads Designer,a cross-section template library was established,and the main components of the bridge were established by Open Bridge Modeler.And improve the shortcomings of the solution: through the parameterization and secondary development of Micro Station software,the parametric modeling of highway bridge components is realized.(2)Explore the application of BIM technology in construction simulation.The BIM model of the highway bridge was established to carry out site layout before construction,including the concrete mixing station,project department,prefabricated field,etc.,which improved the overall management ability of the management staff;the BIM model was imported into the Synchro 4D software,The construction progress was simulated,which strengthened the management's control over the construction period and schedule;the simulation of key construction processes during construction effectively improved the level of visualization of construction.(3)Developed a BIM-based construction monitoring information management module.The development process of Micro Station is sorted out.By studying Micro Station's EC Framework storage information data structure and combining the main monitoring data in construction monitoring,the integration of monitoring information and BIM models is realized.The layout,positioning and viewing of the monitoring device model were greatly improved,and the informatization level of construction monitoring was greatly improved.This paper explores the application of BIM technology in highway bridge construction simulation and monitoring.The research results have enriched the theoretical basis of BIM technology in the life cycle management of highway bridge engineering,and promoted the informationization of highway bridge life cycle management.At the same time,it provides a reference and reference for highway bridge enterprises to apply BIM technology in construction,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
