| With the development of society,more and more uncertain factors affect the operation of supply chain,which increase the risk of supply chain and even lead to the failure of supply chain management.EPC mode plays an important role in the project management mode,which speeds up the structural transformation of the construction industry.However,due to the late introduction of EPC mode in China and the lack of sufficient experience,there is a great risk in the construction supply chain under EPC mode.Therefore,it is very urgent to study the risk of construction supply chain under EPC mode.This paper studies the risk management of construction supply chain under the EPC model,elaborates the background and significance of the research,introduces the current status of domestic and foreign supply chain management research and the status quo of construction supply chain risk management research.The research method and technical route are introduced,and related theories of building supply chain risk management under the EPC model are analyzed,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the subsequent research on building supply chain risk management under the EPC mode.For the risk management of the construction supply chain under the EPC model,this article uses the SCOR model to identify internal risks in the supply chain,and uses literature statistics to identify external risks in the supply chain,and establishes a preliminary list of risk factors.An expert survey was then used to screen the preliminary list of risk factors,thereby establishing a more reliable final list of risk factors.Then based on the final list of risk factors,a risk evaluation index system was established,and its reliability analysis was performed.In this paper,AHP method and rough set method are used to determine the comprehensive weight.On this basis,the matter element analysis method is used to establish a risk assessment model for the building supply chain under the EPC model.At the end of the article,based on the results of risk analysis and evaluation,from the six aspects of planning risk,procurement risk,design and construction risk,distribution and delivery risk,return risk,and external environmental risk,specific risk control countermeasures are proposed.Finally,China Road and Bridge Group was taken as an example to carry out the practical operation of risk management. |
