With the continuous progress of supply chain management,the supply chain of construction projects is becoming more and more complex,large-scale and diversified,and the importance of risk management of the supply chain of construction project contractors is becoming increasingly prominent.In practice,construction project contractors have some problems,such as insufficient knowledge of material supply chain risk,inaccurate information transmission among participants of material supply chain,lack of effective material supply chain risk evaluation index,immature material supply chain risk evaluation method,etc.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out the risk assessment research on the supply chain of construction project materials for reducing the risk of material management of contractors and improving the level of material management.In this thesis,a flow chart of the supply chain of materials for construction projects is established based on the supply chain theory.The risk factors affecting the supply chain of materials for construction projects are identified by WBS-RBS method and literature research method.The risk factors are selected by expert scoring method,and 31 risk factors including "inaccurate demand prediction,bullwhip effect or information distortion" are obtained.Secondly,questionnaire survey and confirmatory factor method were used to test the risk assessment factor structure of 31 indicators in 5 dimensions such as "planning,procurement,production,transportation and delivery".All the above risk assessment factor structures passed the test.The comprehensive risk evaluation of material supply chain of the project is Ⅱ level,which is high risk level.Among them,the risk level of planning risk and procurement risk is Ⅱ,which is higher.The risk level of production risk,transportation risk and delivery risk is level Ⅲ,and the risk level is average.Finally,according to this case,risk prevention and control measures such as "strengthening coordination and cooperation between relevant departments and quantifying supplier selection" were proposed.The research results of this thesis enrich the construction project material supply chain risk management evaluation theory,in the practical application of construction projects can reduce the material management risk,help contractors better control the material supply chain risk.
