Research On IT Outsourcing Risk Management Of H Intelligent Aviation Project

With the application of IT outsourcing in specific projects,more and more enterprises and researchers have studied the ideas,methods and Countermeasures of risk management.H Intelligent Airlines decided to take the IT outsourcing model to promote the implementation of H intelligent aviation project.The existing risks and countermeasures are still lack of learning from the object,and domestic and foreign intelligent aviation project IT outsourcing business risk management research cases are relatively rare.Therefore,this paper chooses H intelligent aviation project as an example to study the risk management of IT outsourcing in depth,in order to provide theoretical guidance and suggestions for the smooth implementation of the project and its early commissioning.This paper mainly studies the problems related to IT outsourcing risk management of H intelligent aviation project.Firstly,this paper summarizes the related research results at home and abroad.On the basis of explaining the concepts of IT outsourcing,risk management and risk management of IT outsourcing,and the process and methods of risk management,this paper analyzes the requirements analysis,examination and approval of the project,bidding and contract signing,project implementation,acceptance and maintenance for H intelligent aviation project.Secondly,the risk factors of IT outsourcing of H-Smart Aviation Project are analyzed and identified by questionnaire method,and fourteen risk factors of decision-making risk,contract signing risk and contract execution risk are identified.Thirdly,the risk evaluation index system of IT outsourcing risk of H-Smart Aviation Project is established,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the risk of IT outsourcing of H-Smart Aviation Project.Quantitative evaluation,the comprehensive evaluation results of decision-making risk,contract signing risk,contract execution risk and project IT outsourcing risk are obtained.Finally,Based on the analysis of project risk management ideas,from the perspective of comprehensive risk management,the countermeasures of important risk,general risk and secondary risk in H intelligent aviation project IT outsourcing risk are put forward respectively.
