| With the development of China's capital market,both investors and listed companies are becoming more and more mature,and the concept of value investment has gradually become the mainstream.This paper will draw on the previous research experience,adopt comprehensive analysis method,and try to comprehensively analyze the investment value of R company in port logistics industry from the perspective of basic analysis,finance and risk.The basic analysis mainly includes the macro environment analysis,industrial environment analysis and company analysis faced by the development of port logistics industry,which is the basis for further research.In the process of value evaluation,it analyzes the financial and risk perspectives respectively.Based on the financial perspective,relative value valuation method and absolute value valuation method are adopted to evaluate the value of R company according to the value assessment model.Finally,the analysis results are compared with R company's market performance from 2016 to 2019..In the value evaluation based on the risk perspective,the risk size is comprehensively evaluated from the three aspects of return rate,standard deviation and beta coefficient.From the qualitative analysis,when R company is faced with certain downward pressure in domestic and foreign economic situation,it strives for development against the trend and develops well in the past two years.From the perspective of quantitative analysis,the enterprise value of R company calculated by the method of economic added value and p/e ratio is higher than the market value of R company from 2016 to 2019,which draws the conclusion that the market value of R company is undervalued.On the basis of the previous research,the paper puts forward corresponding Suggestions on how R company can enhance enterprise value and how investors can make investment decisions. |
