Reinforced Concrete Old Industrial Plant(Reinforced Concrete Old Industrial Plant,RCOIP)reconstruction project as an important measure to extend the life of the building,the main structure reconstruction and reinforcement is the use of the structure itself,the fusion of old and new elements,Comprehensive practice of space function upgrading plays a key role in the remodeling of its function.In the construction of old industrial plant transformation and reinforcement,it is constrained by the original structural components,the design limitation,the construction technology limitation,and the risk factors are also influenced by human factors and external environment,which are complex and mutually affected,that is,risk coupling.At present,the risk research on the reconstruction and reinforcement construction process of the main structure of the old industrial plant of reinforced concrete is the research object,and the problems that need to be solved,such as the structural characteristics and risk coupling of the old industrial plant,are less considered,and the research method has the disadvantages of being subjective and not strong operability.In view of this,from the main structure of reinforced concrete and reinforcement construction risk causes,including design,structural characteristics,construction environment,construction technology and construction management five aspects,combined with a U-shaped plant transformation and reinforcement project in Baoji City,put forward a model of the old industrial plant transformation and reinforcement risk analysis to consider the coupling effect The main research content is as follows:First of all,based on the theory of the cause of safety accident stos and the theoryof risk coupling,the basic theory of risk coupling for the reconstruction and reinforcement of the main body of the old industrial plant of the concrete concrete is expounded,and on the basis of the research group and my in-depth investigation,8typical cases of 4 cities are selected as the research support of this paper,and the reconstruction and reinforcement of its main structure is analyzed and analyzed.A substantive analysis is carried out on the 4 types of problems that need to be solved.Secondly,the index of risk coupling of the reconstruction and reinforcement of the main body of the old industrial plant of reinforced concrete is established.According to the literature research,related standards and research induction,coupled with the analysis of the old industrial plant main body reconstruction and reinforcement characteristics,Using SPSS22.0 statistical software,the risk evaluation index containing5 submersible variables and 25 observation variables was selected,combined with the analysis results of structural equation model,the risk coupling index of 5 submersible variables and 22 observation variables was finally established and analyzed.Then,the risk coupling model of the main body of reinforced concrete old industrial plant is constructed.Based on the formation mechanism of risk coupling leading to safety accidents,Vensim software is used to qualitatively analyze the coupling relationship of each risk factor factor,to establish the coupling relationship of each risk factor in complex system,and to use the coupling degree correction model to quantitatively analyze the complex system of transformation and risk coupling,and to measure the coupling value of risk factor sand and subsystem at two levels.Finally,using the principle of decoupling,the risk coupling control strategy of the main body of old industrial plant is put forward,and the risk control measures of the three processes before,during coupling and coupling are put forward to the case of the transformation project of the main structure of a U-type plant in Baoji City.In this paper,the risk coupling analysis system of the reconstruction and reinforcement of the main structure of the old industrial plant of reinforced concrete is established,which not only highlights the structural characteristics of the old plant itself,but also takes into account the risk factors and the coupling of subsystems,so as to provide reference value for the subsequent reconstruction and reinforcement risk analysis.The transformation and construction of such projects provides theoretical basisand implementation guidance...
